The family will love staying in this fantastic four bedroom holiday home! Not only are you only 500 metres from Rye front beach, you don't have to stress about parking.
Light bright and lots of space - open plan living at one end of the home - living, dining and kitchen all looking out to a beautiful fenced rear yard with lots of space for the kids to run around and then another separate lounge for the kids to enjoy their space. Kitchen with plumbed fridge, coffee machine, microwave and everything else that one needs to cook up a holiday feast. Both living rooms with TV and comfy couches, two dining areas with enough table space for all of you, Coonara wood fire in both living areas to heat you in winter and two split systems cooling for summer.
Outdoor covered area, separate BBQ area for dad to cook up a storm (away from the kids) and another paved area with shade sail - all to enjoy on those warm balmy nights. The house is situated in a prime Rye position with the beach and shops just down the road.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is a short stroll away. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 10 minutes drive. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions. This will make a memorable holiday.
