Available for a minimum of five (5) nights from 15/12 to 15/01, a minimum of three (3) nights from 1/12 to 14/12 and 16/01 to 31/01 and a two (2) night minimum for the rest of the year.

Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a $50.00 charge deducted from your bond

You are booking this property at your own risk and if a lockdown does occur, there will be a refund of monies paid, less a $100.00 cancellation fee or $75.00 re-scheduling of booking, charged for administration costs.
