Nancy McGuire and Kym Colliver have unwavering enthusiasm, drive and determination. Together they have a combined 45+ years’ experience in Property Management.
Mornington Peninsula Rentals was established as a result of Nancy and Kym’s frustration with the lack of care and service provided in the area. We are a locally owned: 100% independent Agency on the Mornington Peninsula.
Mornington Peninsula Rentals are determined to be different in our approach to managing your property. We seek to be professional, timely, transparent and efficient in our dealings with both landlords and tenants.
Effective property management requires the ability to respond to and to exceed the requirements of landlords and tenants alike. For landlords this involves thoroughly assessing tenancy applications to select the most suitable tenant, then setting the appropriate rent level, monitoring the tenancy to ensure the rent is paid promptly and regular inspections to ensure the property is maintained to the required standard. For tenants it is about finding accommodation that best suits their requirements and responding promptly to their queries.
We appreciate that putting your investment property in the hands of a property manager is a big decision. You want to be confident in your property manager’s abilities and be confident that your investment is being well taken care of. Meet the team
Nancy’s name is well known in the Mornington Peninsula property management circles, with over 30 years’ experience. Her fascination with property and her passion for working with people attracted her to a career in Real Estate which she commenced in 1983. She started her career as an office junior in a large commercial agency in Melbourne, working her way to reception, assistant property manager, property manager, senior property manager and trust accountant. Nancy is a fully licensed Estate Agent and her passion continues as a Director and Property Manager of Mornington Peninsula Rentals, now specialising in property management.
Nancy understands the need for a consistent professional real estate service and is committed to delivering what others don’t.
Nancy believes a sense of justice is an integral part of property management. Doing the best by both parties in a rental agreement maximizes the likelihood of retaining good tenants for the long term resulting in a win-win situation for everyone concerned.
Nancy is also a busy mum and nanna, living, working and volunteering on the Peninsula for over 30 years.

Kym Colliver has over a decade of experience in Property Management with the majority of her career based on the Mornington Peninsula.
Kym is well known for her client service, her strengths lie in problem solving and communicating effectively, with no issue being too small or too large. With her vast knowledge of the local area and her industry expertise all properties are managed as if they were her own.
Over the years, Kym has dealt with a broad range of properties from one bedroom units to large family homes and local hobby farms.
As a fully licenced Estate Agent Kym’s extensive knowledge and experience ensures she has the necessary skills and experience to deliver exceptional service to both her Landlords and her tenants.
Kym believes open and honest communication are the key to her success in Property Management, together with her care, attention to detail and her can do attitude you will not find a harder working Property manager.
Kym’s passion for Real Estate and exceptional customer service ensure her customers are always kept up to date on their property and legislation changes.
Away from the world of property management Kym is a busy mum and Nanna. When she is not in the office Kym is often found in the kitchen baking up a storm for her ever growing family, she also enjoys tropical holiday destinations where she can put up her feet and enjoy a good book by the pool or explore the local culture, a keen water-skier who loves to be in the water whenever possible.
Maree Wiese is our first point of contact when you call our office – receptionist extraordinaire and office manager. Maree has over 15 years’ experience in Real Estate.
Living locally in Bittern with her husband and one of their three children. Over the years, Maree has dealt with a wide range of real estate customers, from tenants, landlords, vendors and solicitors.
Her knowledge surpasses the average receptionist, so please feel free to call her anytime.

Hailing from the Peninsula, Jacqui is a true local, having attended Rosebud Secondary School and worked at Bunnings Rosebud for over five years. Her deep roots in the community and familiarity with the area undoubtedly contribute to her effectiveness in her current role.
